Grand Opening of the New RONA Moncton Store

The store represents a local investment of $10M and led to the creation of 70 jobs

Boucherville, Québec, April 23, 2025 – RONA inc., one of Canada’s leading home improvement retailers operating and servicing some 425 corporate and affiliated stores, joins Adam Barrett, owner of Terraine Capital, and his team in celebrating the Grand Opening of the new RONA Moncton store. Leaders from the RONA Dealer Support team, partners, and store employees gathered at the store on April 23 for the traditional board-cutting ceremony. With this latest store opening, which represents an investment of $10M, Terraine Capital, who owns four other RONA stores in the Maritimes region, created more than 70 local jobs.

Spanning over 50,000 square feet with a drive-thru lumberyard of several acres along the Trans-Canada Highway in New Brunswick, RONA Moncton features various showrooms. These include those for windows and doors, kitchens and baths, lighting and plumbing and even appliances, all of which provide an improved shopping experience for both PRO and DIY customers.
